This policy pertains to all services and accommodations provided through Property Concierge Services and Essential Stays. By booking a service or reserving a stay, you agree to the following terms outlined in our payment policy:

1. Payment Requirement

To confirm any service or reservation, full payment or the required deposit must be received. No services or accommodations will be held without payment.

2. All Sales Are Final (Non-Refundable Policy)

All payments are final and adhere to our non-refundable policy. Once payment is submitted:

- Services are scheduled and resources are allocated

- Units are removed from availability

- No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted

3. Accommodation Bookings (Essential Stays)

For all lodging reservations:

- Booking secures your selected dates and unit

- Early departures or unused nights are non-refundable

- Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and depend on availability

4. Concierge & Custom Services

For concierge services and custom requests:

- A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins

- Work will not commence until payment is received

- Deposits cover time, coordination, and preparation efforts

- Additional requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges

5. Client & Guest Responsibility

Clients and guests agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information

- Review all service or booking details prior to payment

- Communicate expectations clearly before services begin

6. No Chargebacks Policy

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate disputes or chargebacks for services rendered or reservations secured under this service booking policy.

7. Agreement to Terms

Submitting payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
